Location
and Maps
Evergreen Park Public Library is located
on the southwest corner of 94th Street and Troy Avenue, one block
east of Kedzie Avenue. From the Tri-State Expressway, exit at
95th Street East. Travel east on 95th Street to Kedzie Avenue.
Turn left at Kedzie, travel one block to 94th Street, and then
turn right at the stoplight. More

Cards
Library cards are issued to all Evergreen
Park residents without charge upon proof of residency:
- A current photo ID.
- One other current form of identification
with preprinted name and Evergreen Park address.

The Evergreen Park Public Library's

Loan
Periods and Fines
All library materials are lent free
of charge with the exception of feature videos (whether owned
by Evergreen Park or another library) which carry a fee of 50
cents per item. Click Here

Overdue
Library Materials
Evergreen Park Public Library will not
check out materials or renew a card for any patron that has overdue
materials, unpaid fines, or charges for overdue, lost or damaged
materials that amount to $1.00 or more. Click Here

Needs Services
The Evergreen Park Public Library offers
many services for the visually impaired and physically disabled
in co-operation with the Village of Evergreen Park and the Illinois

Access Computers
The library's computers are designated
for specific purposes to provide efficient and equitable service
for users. Library staff may offer basic assistance to users as
time permits, but cannot offer personal instruction in the use
of computer software. More

of Trustees
The Evergreen Park Public Library is
governed by a board of seven elected trustees that oversees professional
librarians and support staff. Trustees serve a six-year term without
pay. The board determines the budget, policies, and plan of service
