Minibus Schedule
The Office of Citizens' Services minibus
provides service to Evergreen Park senior citizens and disabled
adults.
The minibus operates Tuesday through Friday
from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM. For bus appointments, call (708) 422-8776
at least 24 hours ahead of time. Appointments can be made as early
as TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. No daily pickups made between 11:30 AM
and 12:50 PM. For Monday service, please call the Worth Township
bus at (708) 371-2900.
Bus fare is 50 cents per ride. Bus tickets
are available at 10 rides for $4.50.
Accommodations for wheelchairs or special equipment.
Bus service begins at the curb. If additional
help is needed the Office will make the necessary arrangements for
paramedic assistance. This request must be given at the time the
appointment is made. The minibus is equipped with a hydraulic lift
to accommodate wheelchairs. Another person must accompany those
using wheelchairs. Mention the use of a wheelchair when making appointments
to allow for time and space.
