Evergreen Park Public Library is an active
community center serving the 20,821 residents of Evergreen Park.
In addition to its collection of over 65,000 books, the library
offers magazines, cassettes, compact discs, videos, DVDs, large
print books, and books-on-tape. The library presents cultural and
informational programs of interest to the community, and programs
that encourage a love of reading in children and young people.

Evergreen Park Library Garden Walk
Sunday, July 19th @ 11:00 am-4:00 pm
All ages: Sunken water gardens, a “friendship” garden, and a certified wildlife habitat are a few of the lovely and interesting stops on our first-ever Evergreen Park Garden Walk. Begin at the library, and visit a variety of gardens with a mix of sizes and descriptions.
The Sunday Quilters, under the tutelage of EP resident Penny Nichols will host a quilt show that day. There will be books on the topic of Midwest gardening for sale, as well as garden-themed raffle prizes.
Admission $10.00 per person,Children free when accompanied by an adult. All proceeds benefit the Evergreen Park Public Library Foundation.

The Evergreen
Park Public Library is open:
Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM until 9:00PM,
Friday and Saturday from 9:00AM until 5:00PM,
Sunday 12:00PM until 4:00PM (September through
May).
